The OBA has shared information with respect to the new Ontario Business Registry. “The OBA has an open line to government to ensure that the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services understands and addresses issues of importance with respect to the new Ontario Business Registry“.

After filing Articles of Incorporation and Article of Amendment , I have a real issue with the way the documents end up as one long paragraph which can go on for many pages. Why have the paragraphs disappeared in the Articles? This is a very bad change to the Articles; they are now one run-on paragraph. This makes no sense and is a pointless change.

That is one of the issues identified with the new Business Registry. The government has been made aware of the issue and we await their next release to see if they fix this.
