Redesigned website of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice now live

Dear members of Bar Associations and Legal Organizations,
I am pleased to announce the launch of the redesigned and revamped website of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice which will ‘go-live’ on June 30, 2025. Some of the key features of the redesigned website are:

Contents, including the Court’s directions and resources for litigants and counsel have been updated and are organized in a user-friendly accessible way.
- Updated and consolidated Regional Practice Directions, which contain the most up to date changes to the Court’s practices and procedures.
- Simplified and improved navigation including quick jump menus to help you quickly find what you’re looking for.
- Updated design.
- Quick access to information: reorganized sections for easier access to important information while ensuring multiple pathways to the same destination.
- The site is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from home, work or on desktop, tablet or smartphone and it is fully accessible.
- A page dedicated to resources for self-represented litigants including guides for self-represented litigants in all areas of the Ontario Superior Court’s responsibility – Civil, Family, Criminal Divisional Court & Small Claims Court.
- A subscription feature to subscribe to receiving the latest news and announcements from the Court.
