Service Ontario reminder of changes coming October 19 with the launch of the Ontario Business Registry

Service Ontario has issued a notice about the new Ontario Business Registry, which will affect certain business registrations. Commercial, tax and real estate lawyers may wish to review the notice to avoid any disruption to their clients’ongoing matters.
